How to Book

General

You may book tickets on-line (the easiest method), by telephone or in person at the cinema.

You book an admission, not a specific seat.

All credit/debit card transactions incur a £1.50 booking fee regardless of the number of tickets bought.

Booking On-line

Tickets can be booked on-line up to one hour before the start of any performance.

To order tickets you must first add them to your shopping basket. Select the performance you require by clicking on the green tick within any of our performance listings. You will then be asked how many of each type of available ticket you wish to order; when you have entered the required amounts simply click on the "Add to Basket" button.

Your shopping basket is displayed each time you add tickets or can be displayed at any time by clicking on the "Your Basket" option at the foot of the sidebar.

To remove tickets from the basket simply click on the "Delete" button alongside them.

Once you have added all of the tickets you wish to purchase to your basket you should proceed to our secure checkout by clicking on the "Secure Checkout" button within the basket. The checkout can also be accessed at any time by clicking on the "Secure Checkout" option at the foot of the sidebar.

Within the checkout you will be asked to enter your details and then press the "Continue" button; you will then be asked to confirm your details by clicking the "Pay Online Now via WorldPay"; if however you want to change your basket or your details then simply click on the appropriate button.

From this point on simply follow the on-screen instructions to pay by credit/debit card. Once your payment has been processed you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

Your tickets will be held at the cinema for you to collect before the performance - please bring with you the credit/debit card used to pay for the order and a printed copy of the confirmation e-mail.

If you purchase a discounted ticket you must bring the appropriate proof of entitlement with you to the cinema or you will be required to make up the difference between the discounted price and the appropriate full price.

Please arrive at the cinema in plenty of time to collect your ticket(s) and take your seat(s).

Booking by Telephone

The box office is open 10am to 9pm Monday to Saturday and 2pm to 5pm Sunday. Tickets can be booked by telephoning 01749 673195 during opening hours.

Your tickets will be held at the cinema for you to collect before the performance - please bring with you the credit/debit card used to pay for the order.

If you purchase a discounted ticket you must bring the appropriate proof of entitlement with you to the cinema or you will be required to make up the difference between the discounted price and the appropriate full price.

Please arrive at the cinema in plenty of time to collect your ticket(s) and take your seat(s).

Booking in Person

The box office is open 10am to 9pm Monday to Saturday and 2pm to 5pm Sunday.

If you wish to purchase a discounted ticket you must bring the appropriate proof of entitlement with you.
