How to Book

General

You may book tickets on-line (the easiest method), by telephone or in person at the cinema.

You now book a specific seat.

All on-line or over the telephone credit/debit card transactions incur a £1.00 booking fee regardless of the number of tickets bought.

We are keeping a temporary record of all customers and visitors for a period of 21 days with a view to making that information available to the NHS Test and Trace service upon request. Consent to sharing data with Test & Trace is strictly limited to that purpose and would not be used for marketing or sent to third parties.

Consent is not required to complete a booking. Further information on the NHS Test and Trace Service can be viewed here

You will be asked when booking; Do you consent to sharing personal information (name, phone number and email address) if requested by the NHS Test and Trace Service?

Booking On-line

Tickets can be booked on-line up to one hour before the start of any performance.

Select the performance you require by clicking on the green tick within any of our performance listings.

From this point on simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order.

Your tickets will be held at the cinema for you to collect before the performance.

If you purchase a discounted ticket you must bring the appropriate proof of entitlement with you to the cinema or you will be required to make up the difference between the discounted price and the appropriate full price.

Please arrive at the cinema in plenty of time to collect your ticket(s) and take your seat(s).

Booking by Telephone

The box office is open daily 1pm to 9pm. Tickets can be booked by calling 01749 673195 during these opening hours. Unfortunately, at this time when a performance is going in, you will not be able to book for another show.

We now book specific seats to help with social distancing. You will be asked upon booking which seat/s you would like. A map of each screen can be found below.

Your tickets will be held at the cinema. Upon entry to your screening you will be checked in at the box office by giving the name the booking is under. Tickets are currently not available to be collected in advance.

Bring with you the credit/debit card used to pay for the order for reference.

If you purchase a discounted ticket you must bring the appropriate proof of entitlement with you to the cinema or you will be required to make up the difference between the discounted price and the appropriate full price.

Booking in Person

The box office is open daily 1pm to 9pm, Saturday & Wednesday 10am to 9pm. Unfortunately advance tickets cannot be booked while a film is going in.

Tickets can be bought in person during these opening hours. Unfortunately, at this time you will only be able to book in person during these hours, not when a performance is going in.

We now book specific seats to help with social distancing. You will be asked upon booking which seat/s you would like. A map of each screen will be at the box office.

Currently tickets are paperless and will be held at the box office for contactless entry when you arrive for your screening.

If you wish to purchase a discounted ticket you must bring the appropriate proof of entitlement with you.
